WRHA Bulletin Request

As a service to the University community, Housing operates an electronic bulletin board. This bulletin board is in a slide format and features information about happenings on campus and announcements of upcoming USC events. This service is available to all USC offices and is being offered at a charge of $20.00 per slide, per week.

Requirements for announcements run on WRHA:

• Copy submitted must be University related.
  
• Copy must be submitted 72 working hours (3 business days) prior to the stated run date.
  
• Announcements will be run no more than seven (7) calendar days.
  
• Copy per announcement is limited to 224 characters, which includes spacing, grammar, and punctuation.
  
• Housing reserves the right to refuse any copy deemed inappropriate and/or edit any announcements to comply with space requirements.
  
• WRHA does not air commercial or political advertisements.

Ways to submit announcements to run on WRHA Channel 8:

• E-mail your name, telephone number, department name, and run dates for the ad, along with your announcement, in Microsoft PowerPoint (format your slide using a minimum of a 28-point font) to rons@mailbox.sc.edu. Include the following information: Announcement to read (not to exceed 224 characters), department name, submitted by, date, telephone, e-mail address, run dates, and the department number and fund number that is to be charged for the ad.
  
  
• Take your design on USB drive or CD-R to the Housing office.
  
  
• Fax the Announcement Request Form (.pdf) to 803-777-4349 Attn: Ron Segroves.
  
  
• Fill out the online form below and click "submit"
