About This Community

The Women in Retail community encourages an inclusive and active environment for women who are interested in majoring in Retail. Women will live with peers with similar interests and through exploring the Retailing field, connecting with faculty and professionals within the field, and creating innovative events, will determine their specialization within the Retail major.

Students Who Call This Community Home

Women involved in this community will forge long-lasting bonds with peers and will have the opportunity to create and participate in innovative events and programs. Women will explore their passions within the Retail major and be emboldened to power the industry.

How to Apply

  • Access housing application on my.sc.edu.
  • List the Women in Retailing Community as the first of your required top 5 Living Learning Community preferences.
  • Submit housing application by paying $150 application fee no later than May 1, 2017.
  • Housing priority is based on your learning community preferences and your date of application to the institution.
