Executive Director

Dr. Kennedy started with University Housing in August of 2008. She came to us from the University of Missouri, where she previously worked as Associate Director for Housing Operations and held a position as adjunct assistant professor in the College of Education. Kennedy holds a B.S.B.A in Business Management and an M.B.A. from Bloomsburg University. She also earned her Ph.D. in Educational Leadership and Policy Analysis with an emphasis in Higher and Continuing Education. Kennedy has authored three book chapters and one research article in addition to numerous regional and national presentations. She is excited to have joined the University of South Carolina University Housing community that boasts a strong national reputation in creating living-learning environments for students in residence halls and in sustainability efforts.
